Thanks to her husband’s passion for truffle sylviculture, Aurore Raoul-Segala plans special week-ends on this rare food product starting November 2005.

In the daytime you’ll be able to discover truffle sylviculture and find out how with patience and tenderness some manage to restore the forest environment to enhance truffle growth. Hiking is wonderful and the guide an expert on the ecosystem. Evenings will be spent relaxing and tasting cooking specialties based on truffle as well as excellent local wines.
